'Our anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strengths.’
CH Spurgeon
This beautiful quote reminds us how easily our anxiety can pull us into worrying about what might happen, leaving little space for the life we are living today. Our cycle of worrying, overthinking and trying to prepare for every possible outcome can leave us feeling drained, overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves and the things that matter to us..
Counselling with us can help your anxiety. We take time to understand you as an individual, gently unpick the worries that are weighing you down, find ways to quiet the noise of your anxious thoughts, and help you develop a deeper, compassionate understanding of yourself.
You don’t have to navigate your anxiety on your own any longer. With us, you will have someone alongside
you who genuinely cares, listens to you and accepts you as you are. At Dove Counselling Services, we work hard to help you feel more grounded in the present, to help you respond to your anxious thoughts and feelings in more manageable ways and to build your capacity to meet life as it comes.
When you are ready to take that next step, reach out. We are ready to support you.
