Welcome to Dove Counselling

Dove Counselling Services is based in Denmead and at the heart of our work is listening to you with respect, compassion and understanding. We create a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. We believe in the power of you gaining a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself. So whether you're dealing with immediate challenges or long-standing concerns, we are here to offer both short-term and open-ended therapy to suit your needs. We work with adults aged 18 and over, providing flexible support through in-person sessions in Denmead, Waterlooville, as well as online and telephone counselling. Our inclusive practice welcomes clients from all backgrounds and experiences.
